The January issue of ‘Popteen’ features a special segment called “Uwasa no Hallyu Diet Juseyo SPECIAL” (The rumored Korean diet please, SPECIAL); where popular K-Pop girl groups reveal their “thin menu”.
In this issue, Shoujo Jidai shared their ‘secret technique’ to maintaining their beautiful figures.
Many know SNSD for their great dances that showcase their beautiful legs. The members put on body make-up before their concerts, but their real trick is to eat 1,200 calories a day of super healthy foods.
‘SNSD’s Low Calorie Menu’ consists of a combination of brown rice, namul (a Korean side dish comprised of vegetables like spinach, bean sprouts, and more), broccoli, and chicken. The brown rice and broccoli are an abundant source of dietary fiber and SNSD eats chicken breasts regularly to help keep their fat in check while building muscle at the same time.
