GACKT’s band YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz kicked off their tour at the Zepp Tokyo on September 14th and 15th.
YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz formed in March 2010 under the theme, “To shape up weak men“. In June 2011, they announced their new members: LUNA SEA drummer SHINYA, JON from fade, TAKUMI on guitar, and former RIZE member U:ZO.
The “twin vocal & triple guitar” band held a European tour in July, gathering roughly 20,000 people to 13 performances in 12 locations. After receiving a great response from fans, they started their Japan tour, titled “WORLD TOUR ‘SHOW YOUR SOUL.I’“.
GACKT called out to the fans, “If you don’t participate without love, you will be crushed! Everyone, be prepared and participate. That way, you will be more impressed. Lets go! Brothers and sisters! Tonight we will speed up!!”
Wearing a white collared shirt, a black necktie, and black pants, the band performed 13 songs, including their latest single, “THE END OF THE DAY“. All 2,700 fans were drawn into a whirlpool of enthusiasm and joy.
After concluding their tour in Japan, YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz plans to tour in Asia and South America.
