Seven-member group Kis-My-Ft2 will be releasing their second single “We never give up!” which is the CM song for “LAWSON HOT STATION ‘Erupaka’”, on December 14th.

Recently, they revealed the full PV to the upcoming single.

Kis-My-Ft2 announces the release of their 2nd single

Seven-member group from Johnny & Associates, Inc., Kis-My-Ft2 who made their CD debut this past August with “Everybody Go”, announced that their 2nd single titled “We never give up!” is scheduled to be released on December 14th!  Though the detailed information on the new single have not been revealed, it seems like it will come in 5 different editions.

Johnny’s new unit “Sexy Zone” to make their CD debut this fall

On September 29th, it was announced that new five-member group from Johnny & Associates, Inc., named Sexy Zone will be making their debut this fall with a self-titled single, “Sexy Zone“.

The members of the new group are Nakajima Kento (17), Kikuchi Fuma (16), Sato Shori (14), Matsushima So (13) and Marius Yo (11).

They were introduced by Kis-My-Ft2’s Kitayama Hiromitsu, Fujigaya Taisuke, and Tamamori Yuta during the stage performance “Teigeki Johnnys Imperial Theatre Special ‘Kis-My-Ft2 with Johnny’s Jr.’.“, and performed their debut song in white tuxedos with a red rose in hand.

Nakajima said, “I’m filled with deep emotion, and I was so nervous.  To be honest, we were informed about it just today.  Johnny-san (= Johnny Kitagawa, the president of Johnny & Associates, Inc.) told us ‘You guys are going to make your CD debut.’.  That moment can be described with a single word…surprised.”  The youngest member Marius who is from Germany, also said, “I was speechless, I didn’t know what to say.”

Additionally, Sexy Zone will be the special supporter for “FIVB World Cup Volleyball 2011” which will open on November 4th, and they will also sing the image song for the tournament.

Kis-My-Ft2’s first regular radio program to start in October!

Pop group Kis-My-Ft2 will be hosting their first regular radio program starting October 6th! Every week, a different member will appear on the program, however for its first broadcast, all 7 members will be present during the show.

The program will feature a practice segment which prepares the boys for their future appearances on radio and TV. It will also hold a training corner for the boys to become ‘real stars’.

Kis-My-Ft2 is a 7-member group comprised of members Kitayama Hiromitsu, Senga Kento, Miyata Toshiya, Yokoo Wataru, Fujigaya Taisuke, Tamamori Yuta, and Nikaido Takahashi. They made their debut on August 10th with the single, “Everybody Go“, and topped the Oricon Single Weekly Charts for the week of August 22nd. The song served as the theme song for the drama, “Ikemen desu ne“, which starred members Fujigaya and Tamamori.

On August 28th, Kis-My-Ft2 set a new record by performing at the Tokyo Dome just 18 days after their debut. They’re scheduled to hold an Asia tour and a large-scale nationwide tour next year.

Additionally, it was revealed that Kis-My-Ft2 will be the new regulars for Fuji TV’s “Moshimo Tours” starting October 1st. “Moshimo Tours” is a variety show that introduces the best tourist spots in Japan.

KiS-My-Ft2 is blazing through the industry, and many are looking forward to seeing what other new projects they’ll be taking up.

Kis-My-Ft2 announces tour across Asia & Japan

On August 28th, Kis-My-Ft2 announced that they will be holding an Asia tour next spring!

During their concert at the Tokyo Dome, the members were given a brown envelope with a paper that read, “2012 Asia Tour“. Fujigawa Taisuke expressed his joy, saying, “I want to continue making our dreams come true.”

The boys are planning to tour in five different locations, including South Korea, Hong Kong, and Thailand. This will make them the first Johnny’s Entertainment group to hold an overseas tour the year after their debut. They will replace the previous record set by Shounentai, who toured in four Asian countries in February 1988 after making their debut in December 1985.

After the Asia tour, Kis-My-Ft2 are planning on holding a large-scale nationwide tour in 94 locations across Japan.

Kis-My-Ft2 attracts 55,000 fans to their Tokyo Dome concert!

On August 28th, Johnny’s Entertainment group Kis-My-Ft2 performed at the Tokyo Dome with great performances. This live concert attracted 55,000 people to famed venue and even was even provided with a large banner for this event, which is rarely done at this venue.

Kis-My-Ft2, who debuted with “Everybody Go” on the 10th, followed their seniors Tackey & Tsubasa’s and Hey! Say! JUMP!’s footsteps and became the fastest group to perform at Tokyo Dome with only 18 days after their debut. Member Kitayama Hiromitsu (25) said, “This is not the strength of just us. I would like to thank wholeheartedly to our fans and staffs.” Fukigaya Taisuke (24) stated, “It is because of our fans that we are here. It is because of us that everyone is here. I want to be part of that kind of group,” and talked about his aspirations as a group unit.

At this venue, they performed a total of 34 songs including a triple encore along with nine outfits to go with it. They also gave their roller skating medley and even performed Hikaru GENJI’s “Paradise Ginga” and “Taiyou ga Ippai”, the songs from their great senior group. It was a concert that was full of past and present.

Kis-My-Ft2’s upcoming live DVD announced!

On August 26th, Kis-My-Ft2’s official website announced that they will be releasing two DVDs on October 26th, one DVD from before their debut and one DVD from their debut live.

“Kis-My-Ft ni Aeru de Show Vol.3” will focus on their last show in Yoyogi National Gymnasium before their debut and “Kis-My-Ft2 Debut Tour 2011 Everybody Go” will feature their debut live concert in Yokohama Arena.

Furthermore, these two DVDs can be bought as a special set for limited time only as well.

Recochoku reveals their top summer drama theme song ranking for 2011!

After 1,710 votes, Recochoku has revealed the top summer drama theme songs for 2011.

It’s no surprise that number one went to a drama that revolves around music, “Ikemen Desu Ne”. But there were some other interesting results as well.

Kis-My-Ft2’s single “Everybody Go” is the 3rd best selling debut song in history!

On August 15th, it was revealed that Johnny’s Entertainment group Kis-MyFt2’s debut single “Everybody Go” sold 316,000 copies and topped the Oricon Weekly Single Chart for the week of August 22nd. With this result, the single placed third as the highest selling debut song for its first week. KAT-TUN’s “Real Face” (754,000 copies sold) and Arashi’s “A RA SHI” (557,000 copies sold) holds the record for first and second place respectively.

In this down economy where not many CD’s are being sold, member Kitayama Hiromitsu (25) expressed his gratefulness with, “It is thanks to everyone that our CD topped the charts. We, as 7 members, will continue to move on forward without forgetting this feeling of gratitude!”

12,000 fans celebrate Kis-My-Ft2’s debut

On August 10th, idol group Kis-My-Ft2 held a special live at Ebisu Garden Place to celebrate their debut.

After 7 years since the group’s initial formation, Kis-My-Ft2 finally made their debut recently with the single, “Everybody Go“. With this, they became the oldest Johnny’s group to make their debut. Kitayama Hiromitsu declared, “Our goal is to take number 1! We’re going to make a generation!” As promised, the boys topped the Oricon Single Daily Charts, and made an impressive start.

Kis-My-Ft2 arrived at the event in a red convertible, and 12,000 fans welcomed them passionately. Fans were crammed in the 2nd and 3rd floor terrace, as they all couldn’t fit into the event area. There were even girls who cried out of admiration. The crowd broke out into loud cheers when Fujigaya Taisuke called out, “Let’s make today an important anniversary for everyone and the 7 of us!”

The boys’ dreams finally came true after overcoming joys and sorrows. Fujigaya expressed, “I have always awaited this moment. I want to thank all our fans. I want to return these feelings through our work. We want to always be with you!” Kitayama said, “These 7 years went by fast. We’re on our way to take number one! Aim for number 1!” The boys performed on roller skates as fans yelled out, “Kis-My, you’re amazing!”

Kis-My-Ft2 is scheduled to hold a live concert at Tokyo Dome on the 28th, which will only be 18 days after their debut. As the group already cleared their goal by selling over 175,000 copies on the first day, they claimed, “We want to hold a concert overseas next year.” They also expressed, ”This is our once in a lifetime debut day. We will never forget these feelings even after many years.”

Seven member idol group Kis-My-Ft2 just released their debut single “Everybody Go” on August 10th, and sold 175,239 copies on the first day.

“Everybody Go” is being used as the theme song for drama “Ikemen Desu ne” which two of the members Fujigaya Taisuke and Tamamori Yuta appear in.

Kis-My-Ft2 is currently holding their nation wide tour “Kis-My-Ft2 SUMMER TOUR 2011” (6 cities 16 stages in total), and on August 28th, they will also hold a live concert at the Tokyo Dome on August 28th which will be only 18days later since their debut.

Kis-My-Ft2 took to the Music Japan stage on August 7th and wowed the crowd with “Everybody Go“!

As expected, they performed with an abundance of energy and exuberance.  This is just the tip of the iceberg of what fans can expect at their upcoming live at the Tokyo Dome.

Kis-My-Ft2 to hold debut concert at the Tokyo Dome in August

Johnny’s Entertainment group, Kis-My-Ft2, have announced that they will be performing at the Tokyo Dome on August 28th!

This particular event is generating a lot of buzz since their debut CD is scheduled to drop on August 10th, and the boys have already secured a large concert 18 days later. This is the fastest time in the history of the Tokyo Dome that any group has ever book a performance in such a short period of time between their debut and their concert date.

The previous record was held by their seniors, Tackey & Tsubasa and Hey! Say! JUMP, with a gap of 38 days.

Kis-My-Ft2 were performing at Yokohama Arena when this announcement was made. MemberKitayama Hiromitsu (25) said, “This was one of my dreams. It’s only a ‘checkpoint’ but I am happy.”Fujigaya Taisuke (24) added, “I am proud of this, but at the same time, I feel the responsibility [that comes with this concert].”

This live is part of their national tour that started on the 9th of this month. They will be performing at six cities in sixteen venues with their debut track, “Everybody Go”, as well as 24 other songs.

Kis-My-Ft2’s debut single will be released in seven countries around Asia. The group expressed, “We would love to have a tour through Asia.” Their agency also stated that they want to “experiment next year”, and declared their intention of international advancement.

On July 25th’s HEY! HEY! HEY! Music Champ’s 700th special episode, Johnny’s Entertainment group Kis-My-Ft2 held their first live and appearance on this popular music show.
On this talk segment, the members introduce themselves and even performs an otaku dance for their fans. All jokes aside, they made an upbeat performance and made the audience swoon with their debut single song, “Everybody Go“.

Just two days ago, we reported that Johnny’s Entertainment group, Kis-My-Ft2, will be making an appearance on the July 22nd broadcast of popular variety show, “Watatte Iitomo“.

On this video clip, Kis-My-Ft2 visits the show to promote their debut single, “Everybody Go“, where they talk about their reasons for joining the agency, and even perform a monomane skit. Also at the end, member Taisuke Fujigaya calls SMAP’s Kusanagi Tsuyoshi for an appearance on the next episode, but with a surprise twist at the end.
