D☆DATE releases PV preview for “Love Heaven”

Back in November, we reported that D☆DATE would be releasing their 4th and 5th singles in January and February of next year. On December 7th, Universal Music Japan kicked off official promotions for D☆DATE’s 4th single, “Love Heaven“, by releasing a 30-second PV preview through their YouTube page.

The music video seems to play on a boxing concept, but adds certain aesthetic touches like paint splatter and crisp suits to make it more platable for J-Pop.

“Love Heaven” is scheduled to hit stores on January 11th, but in the meantime, check out the PV preview below!

D☆DATE announces two new singles for 2012

Boy idol groupD☆DATEhas announced two new singles for 2012. The first single “Love Heaven” will be released on January 11th. The second is “JOKER” and will be released in February. These consecutive releases are their fourth and fifth singles.

Since next year will be their one year anniversary, the boys plan on bringing it for these upcoming singles. “Love Heaven” will be a love song written by the D-BOYS leader, Araki Hirofumi. Lee Sang Ho who has worked on BEAST’s “BAD GIRL” is the sound producer for “JOKER”. JIN who’s produced for groups like GReeeN and BACK-ON will also be working on “JOKER”.

They will also hold a CD release event in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka for “Love Heaven”.
