Dream Morning Musume’s Nakazawa Yuko to get married next spring?

On December 5th, Sankei Sports reported that Nakazawa Yuko (38), a Dream Morning Musume member and the first leader of Morning Musume, will be getting married next spring.

Nakazawa’s future husband is said to be a president of an IT-related company who lives in Fukuoka prefecture. The couple started dating in August and were ‘outed’ by tabloid magazine ‘FRIDAY‘, who reported on their relationship back in October.

Reportedly, the couple will introduce each other to their parents early in the new year, and have plans to hold a wedding ceremony next spring. There will not be a reception party, and Nakazawa will move to Fukuoka to be with her husband. Although Nakazawa will continue pursuing her career, her activities will be reduced since she will be travelling back and forth between Tokyo and Fukuoka. However, she is willing to participate in special concerts or events as much as she can.

There have been no official statement from Nakazawa about this report at this moment.

Dream Morning Musume Kusumi Koharu becomes a model under exclusive contract with “CanCam”

Kusumi Koharu who graduated from Morning Musume and Hello!Project back in December of 2009 will be a model for popular fashion magazine “CanCam“.  Kusumi showed a strong interest to become a model ever since she graduated from Morning Musume. CanCam has produced top models such as Yonekura Ryoko, Ito Misaki and Hasegawa Kyoko, and Kusumi commented on becoming an official CanCam model, “I still can’t believe this” and added, “I will do my best as a ‘CanCam model Kusumi Koharu’ with thanks to everyone who supported me for my dream to come true. As a model, I’m still inexperienced, but I will work hard until everyone recognize me as a full‐fledged model.”

Kusumi appeared on the August issue of CanCam for the first time this past summer, and she was featured in a special 10 page pictorial. Those pages created a sensation and that was the decisive point where Kusumi officially became a CanCam model.

She will continue a stage of Dream Morning Musume, and she will officially become a CanCam model starting on the next issue (November issue) which will be released on September 23rd.

Dream Morning Musume reveals info on live tour DVD

Dream Morning Musume has just revealed the track list and cover for their upcoming live DVD and Blu-ray release, “Dream Morning Musume Tour 2011 Haru no Mai ~Sotsugyousei DE Saikessei~”!

The DVD will contains twenty-four performances and MC segments, along with four encore tracks for a live DVD that will please nearly any Morning Musume fan. The Blu-ray version comes with bonus footage of the MC segments from afternoon performances of the show. The DVD/Blu-ray will be released on September 14th.

Morning Musume & Dream Morning Musume perform together on 24 Hour TV!

On the recent episode of 24 Hour TV, Morning Musume and Dream Morning Musume collaborated together to perform a medley of their classic hits.
Dream Morning Musume hit the stage first with “Love Machine”, followed by Morning Musume singing “Renai Revolution 21”, and finally ending with the groups coming together to sing “Dekkai Uchuu ni Ai Ga Aru”.
Unfortunately Tanaka Reina, Mitsui Aika and Sayashi Riho from Morning Musume weren’t able to attend and neither was Nakazawa Yuko, Abe Natsumi, or Yasuda Kei from Dream Morning Musume.
