Sasaki Nozomi, Itano Tomomi, Becky, Yonekura Ryoko, and Rinka receive “Japan Fashion Leader Award 2011″

On December 6th, publishing company Takarajimasha announced the winners for the “Japan Fashion Leader Award 2011“.

This year, the award went to AKB48’s Itano Tomomi, models Rinka and Sasaki Nozomi, talento Becky, and actress Yonekura Ryoko.

During the award ceremony, Sasaki expressed, “To be given such an award, and to be among these wonderful winners, I’m happy. I’m very honored.” Itano also stated, “I love fashion and dressing up, so I’m very happy to receive this particular award out of all the awards out there.”

Actor Tanihara Shosuke, who served as the host of the event, blushed as he praised Sasaki. “I’ve played the role of Sasaki-san’s lover in ‘Tenshi no Koi’, but she has polished herself as a woman since then, making me want to get even closer to her. Nozomi has become so pretty…“, he said.

Meanwhile, Becky showed her gratitude saying, “I’m very happy. I loved fashion since I was young, so I’ve never cut corners with work. Thank you very much.” Rinka, who recently gave birth to her first baby, received the award for the third time. Through a video message, she commented, “I feel very honored. I’ve given birth to a healthy baby boy, and I’m now living a happy life. I hope to appear in front of everyone again.”

Previous winners of the award include Hirosue Ryoko, Ryo, Kuroki Meisa, Nakatani Miki, and Nagasaku Hiromi.

Kuroki Meisa talks about Hoshino Aki’s marriage at a “UNIQLO” event

On September 22nd, Kuroki Meisa (23) and Kora Kengo (23) attended a product announcement event for UNIQLO’s latest product, “Ultra Light Down Coat”.

The two appeared at this event wearing the new product, and when asked who they would want to wear this with, Kuroki answered, “Since he is next to me, it’s good enough for me today,” and showed a smile to Kora.

When she was asked for her opinions on Hoshino Aki’s and Miura Kousei’s marriage, “I thought they were already engaged. Since I have an older sister who is also married and have kids, I am satisfied with that. It may be a warning sign,” thus showing no plans of marriage as for now.

Actress and singer Kuroki Meisa has just opened her own official Facebook page!

According to her official website, the page is being opened to commemorate the first episode of “Jiu” and her upcoming single “Wired Life“. Since Kuroki knows she has plenty of fans not only in Japan, but also the rest of the world, the Facebook page features updates in both Japanese and English.

Kuroki Meisa to go on her first nationwide tour in October

Earlier today, actress and singer Kuroki Meisa announced her first nationwide tour called “SEIKO LUKIA presents Kuroki Meisa ‘THE MAGAZINE SHOW’” that will begin in October.

Last October, Kuroki tackled her first solo live performance “Live ‘ATTITUDE’ 2010” in Tokyo and the tickets were sold out as soon as they became available. It was said to be a fantastic show with various sexy outfits and bewitching dances.

Earlier this year, she finally released her first album ‘MAGAZINE‘ which also came in a limited edition that included a DVD with footage from her live performance. Many fans asked for her to perform outside of Tokyo soon and so they decided to organize a tour later this year.

The tour will begin at ‘Namba Hatch‘ in Osaka on October 3rd, followed by performances in Tokyo, Nagoya and Fukuoka.

She commented, “I’d like to seek for performances that can only be done by me.”

Furthermore, Kuroki’s new single “Wired Life” will also go on-sale on August 31st.

Audios from Kuroki Meisa’s upcoming single “Wired Life / UPGRADE U!” have been revealed on the ‘net.

The A-side of her new single is currently being used as the theme song for the anime series, “Ao no Exorcist“.  This is her first anime tie-up since making her 2008 debut. The second song, “UPGRADE U!“, is an upbeat, electronic track that’s perfect for the summer season.
