On December 3rd, Yuki Maomi announced that she had opened an official Twitter account.
This announcement was first posted on her blog stating, “Although it’s late, I started my own Twitter account!” Until now, it was said that many of her fans mistook someone who was pretending to be her, as her real account.
Knowing this fact, she stated, “It seems that there was a fake Yuki Maomi on Twitter!” She continued, “Since it was misleading, I decided to make my own account on this occasion,” explaining to her fans the reasoning for creating an official account.
As of this writing, her official Twitter already has 2,700 followers. Yuki also responded to questions received from her fans. One of them inquired, “I am 19-years-old right now, is there anything I should do in my last year as a teenager?” Yuki answered enthusiastically, “Love! And a part-time job for experience! And, let’s see, travel abroad, or maybe study abroad?”
Other fans included various messages for her such as “Ms. Yuki Maomi. Congratulations on your Twitter debut!”, “I am looking forward to your Twitter”, and “I read your blog. Truly and really, you are my aspiration!!!!!!”
